Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is evident in women during the pregnancy. The main cause for this syndrome is the increase in the progesterone level. The usage of birth control pills and anti depressants will also have a negative impact. During the PMS condition, many women use these drugs to suppress the symptoms. These drugs can spoil the health in the long run.

Natural treatment is the best way to rule out PMS. The natural treatment includes the diet regulation, supplement intake, exercise, etc. You have to take good diet during the PMS condition. This diet is useful to reduce cramping, bloating, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.

The term good diet means the intake of all natural healthy foods. These include vegetables, fruits, pulses, nuts, water, etc. You should strictly avoid caffeine, salt, sugar, junk food, etc. Moderate exercise will also ease you from the pain and keeps the body fit.
